The only hours I can find are 9-5 Sat and Sun. Found that in Trip Advisor (the UI won't let me put the URL here). That being said, if I recall correctly (not sure on this), the park was officially closed the day we went. We parked outside the entrance and were able to walk along the path and boardwalk. There was absolutely nobody else around.
