Brendan M. Ahern is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Rappaport, Glass, Levine & Zullo, LLP, and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Previously Attorney Ahern served in both the Suffolk and Nassau County District Attorneys’ Offices in leadership positions including, Deputy Division Chief of the Trial Division, Bureau Chief of the Vehicular Crime Bureau, and Deputy Chief and DWI Trial Supervisor. In 2020, he was recognized as the National Prosecutor of the Year for his work in traffic safety by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
