Sub 4 Development was started in 2015 as the real estate development branch of Green Street Realty, doing construction projects exclusively in the Champaign-Urbana, Illinois market. The goal was to build high quality student housing, multi-family housing and retail projects with an in-house team and not rely on an outside contractor to build developments that we own. Since its inception, we have been one of the most active builders in the Champaign-Urbana, Illinois market.
