They’re allowed outside CC gates along the river- I think the gate on main road (st aldates) opens at 6 am ( the gate down from Tom tower to the right almost across from “Alice’s shop “ I go to Christchurch each summer and stay in Meadow bldg for several weeks for “ the oxford experience “ taking classes ! It’s a lovely bldg overlooking that Meadow and I walk there each am , along the river .
