Is it walkable from Washford station... I can see it’s only a mile but is it a walkable road with pushchair?

Hello, You can walk but please avoid the A39 route as a phone or sat nav would take you the most direct route which would be along the busy A39. When you come out of the station walk along the road past the pub to the bus stop and turn right there into a residential street, Castlemead. At the end of this road turn right and then turn right again onto Monksway. When you get to the end of this road you will be next to a post office and you will need to try and cross over the A39 over to Gingerman's hairdressers and up along this road all the way to the cider farm, past Cleeve Abbey and the White horse pub. It is walkable with a buggy but it will probably take at least 20 minutes to do this safer route. I hope this helps!

Tough one, there’s a good part of the walk down from the main road (A39) to the farm which you’ll probably be walking on the side of the road as I don’t remember there being footpaths there often. I think that part might be a bit tricky with the pushchair due to traffic going past & the corners for that reason, but it wouldn’t be impossible.
Hello all, could you please tell me what kind of food they sell? Is it a full meal kind of place or just a snack? What are the food prices like. (I cant find a menu on there web page) Thanks in advance. Phillip

Hi, we had a sausage bap and a bacon and egg bap while we were there it was very nice. I think it cost £3.50 each including a tea or coffee which I thought was reasonable. Im sure they had like toasted sandwiches, soups, baguettes, that sort of thing on the menu, nice little place though and staff very friendly. Hope this helps!
