Coconut Treehouse, site 1080 is our personal family beach home located in the Holiday Inn section of the award-winning Ocean Lakes Community. It is wonderfully located just 5 houses (150 ft) from the Beach and 10 houses (250ft) from the Sand Dollar Lake! it is also located near the Ocean Lakes Recreation Center, Pool Areas, and Playground Areas. We are different than other properties at Ocean Lakes in what we provide. For your $350 cleaning fee the house is fully cleaned before you arrive by a contract company, PLUS they provide all fresh linens and all bath towels and wash cloths (fresh, changed out between every renter, not washed onsite and reused). You only need to show up with your beach towels. And if you want to bring you own linens you can, but there will be fresh white ones on the bed when you arrive.
