Cypress Meadows is located on the border of Broussard and Youngsville, at the corner of Larivierre and Fairfield. We currently have over 380 homes in Phases I, II, and III, with upcoming extensions to Phase III. Current amenities include a paved walking trail, extensive green areas, and fishing in our large pond. Our neighborhood is zoned for Broussard area schools and bus transportation is provided by LPSS. We are approximately a half mile from the Ambassador extension, providing quick connections to the city of Lafayette.
