I'm not sure I understand your question... If you mean the tour of the mine, you just show up at the lower entrance and pay at the ticket booth. Visitors are not allowed inside the mine unattended. But if you mean a tour of the city, I'm not sure one is needed. Everything is very easy to get to; most of it by foot.
