Flaming Gorge Resort. has remodeled motel, etc. close by store and restaurant. i cannot recommend dutch john section, it needs some TLC. but has cabins some are new.

Don't know anything about offroading in the area ... we stayed on the main roads. We, too, have Verizon, and coverage was very spotty, at best in many instances. You are out in the …
