Yes on water stations. Membership package numbers are generally based upon each visit. The trend in museums is to define packages great for couples, families, grandparents bringing grandkids, etc. Maybe at some point they will figure out a "singles" looking to find a single might work too!

Call the membership desk. There is a water fountain for bottle filling.
It is handicap accessible for the most part. There are several elevators and ramps. Some of the elevators were out of service but it was extremely when we were there.
Tickets are valid for the day of purchase only. You may apply all or a portion of today’s visit to a Franklin Institute membership prior to leaving the museum...
