You can walk all around the bottle ranch because it is fenced. It wasn't open when we were there just a few weeks ago but you could still see everything. So yes dogs would be allowed. There was an old dog on the property, he growled once at us from 50 feet away of the fence. That dog might bark at your dog through the fence. If it's "Open" - aka the gate open to wander in instead of just look, then their dog might not like your dog.
