Does Harrahs Hoosier park off comped rooms to a off site hotel?

Yes, they are very good about getting you a comped room at one of the local hotels; and there is a shuttle you can use to get back & forth from all the hotels they use!
I will be driving through Indiana with my teenage sons. I want to stop at Hoosier Park to enroll in Caesar Rewards. Is there a common area or food court area that my teenagers can hang out in for a short time while I go the casino to enroll?

They can go to buffet or can eat at Southern BBQ etc a few places to eat. They can sit up by the horse track and watch racing on TV's
