Yes it's an indoor amusement park as long as you're not going for 21 and above you should be fine you'll be able to ride all the rides and play all the games they have restaurants inside and a movie theater did not have to show any IDs when I went with my 15 year old niece if you ride the go karts they don't ask you how old you are unless you're riding with a smaller child
