Hi, My name is Linda Meyer and I am wanting to know if we can spread my brothers' ashes along the trail inside the Jefferson Barracks Park? My brother was a personal trainer at the Pavilion but did his work outs in the park. Like running the trail and doing the exercise stations along the trail.
