[SAFETY FIRST - Water Shoes is the must]. Super cool place with the Shut-Ins. Kids and adults all had great time. The Shut-ins are deceptively slippery at some places. So, water shoes is and absolute…cricrazy05的完整评论

I didn’t measure the walk but the first thing to pop into my mind was 1/4 mile. It may not be quite that long but that gives you a ballpark idea. There is one main parking lot and there is no closer parking to the first swimming section. However, there is one picnic area that may have access to the river that may be closer but I did not go there.

If we come in to camp with a motorhome and no toad (loop 2), will we be able to walk to the various water features? We are not huge hikers, per se but we can walk a couple miles. Do we need to haul another vehicle to get around?

Yes, Walking will be no problem. Short walk to the shut-ins, longer hikes on trails if you choose to do so.
