Hi, The Living Rainforest near Newbury in Berkshire is an educational charity as well as a popular ecological visitor attraction. It welcomes over 75,000 visitors a year and is home to 700 species of plants and animals. The centre offers visitors an opportunity to experience a living tropical rainforest, including free-ranging birds, reptiles and butterflies. We have a café that sells tea's, Coffee, excellent Gutin free, baguettes etc but there is not a bar.
How long would you spend there? I have a 3.5 year old.

Hi, The Living Rainforest is open 7 days a week - During the school term period it can get quite busy between 10.30 - 2.00pm with school trips. On school holidays and weekends we offer a wider range of activities and free guided tours. The visit time will vary but is usually one and a half to two and a half hours (Longer in the summer with play area being warmer). We also have a café serving hot and cold food. The ticket is an annual ticket so you can come back throughout the year and see the seasons change inside the glasshouses!
