I don’t officially know but I don’t think a full picnic would work but small snacks , crisps biscuits etc I think would be ok and you can buy them on board . Plus hot and cold drinks . Next to where you board is a small green ideal for picnics ! Car park and loos next to it . Cafes and take awY less than 5 mins walk away and of course the pub next to the boat .
