when you arrive at san pablo plaza ask directions where is werner schetelig avenue (nagcarlan-rizal road). that road brings you to nagcarlan and liliw laguna. ply that road. i am not that familiar with landmarks but the entrance to lake pandin is on the left side of the road lang if you are coming from san pablo city proper.
