Trying to find the closed airport by Discovery Harbour. Flying in from Florida and have no idea what the best way is to get there. Please help?

Toronto Pearson Airport, direct flights from Florida. Rent a car and drive 2 hours North on Hwy 400. Lots of Hotels in Barrie ontario it is about 1 hr northwest drive from Barrie
Roughly how long does it take to see the whole thing? Just wondering if it is possible to see both Sault Marie among the Huron and Discovery Harbour both in the same day it is two days needed?
