Hi, Aaron. It is open and dimly lit, but I would be very uneasy around there at night. There is a ballpark and great brewery right around there, so the area will be full of people, but very few will be hanging out in railroad park. It is patrolled by security, but I would still feel uncomfortable there at dark.
Metered parking is available along the outer perimeter of the Park along 1st Avenue South. Please refrain from parking in the spaces allotted for the various local businesses that operate...
