Hi, My boyfriend and I have been emailing their info email to book a tour with The Real Deal, and have not heard back... did anyone else have trouble booking online beforehand?

There’s no need to pre book before you fly. We booked whilst we were there. So accommodating, if the weather is not very good they will postpone for another day.
