Hiya! It depends how far along your planning to go! There is a pretty good path that runs up along the police training place right the way up to the first fort but any further up than that, no. Which is a shame because if you follow it around you'll discover the hans edge - a beached ship! But that's not really even assessable for bikes. Sorry in Daley in answering only just seen your question !
