This is a must visit museum when in Tunis. Although a little bit away from the centre of town it is well worth making the effort to visit. I’ve never seen so many Roman mosaics and exhibits in my lif… MNaija的完整评论

Tho not impressive from the outside the inside is a virtual treasure drive of mosaics from antiquity..(3-4 century)..utterly amazing..cannot but be impressed tho staff a bit crusty..the artifacts are… jackpine2的完整评论

Thanks. Actually, I can answer my own question now for the benefit of others. There is a luggage room in the Bardo. They tell you to remove passports and valuables. Note also that you can’t walk around with even a small backpack so you need to check that in.
