Where can I find fishing regulations for the Consumnes River. I have always wanted to fish on the river. I used to fish on a private pond in Elk Grove that was associated with the river. It produced excellent bass. I am hoping they are in the river. Considering the Preserve there must be areas restricted from fishing.

Though there is no fishing from the banks there, the waters are state regulated. There is a kayak/canoe dock where you can put in to fish the river and sloughs.
