It is not a hard walk, and it is done at a mosey - which allows for the guide to speak about the interesting events and geological findings. But there are only park benches in two locations. The rest of the time you are standing or walking on uneven terrain. If you can’t walk at a normal walking speed fir longer than 15 minutes I would say you have to pass. There are a couple of spots where you climb down using spaced rocks, but there is no hand railing.
