For those who have been recently (i.e. 2019)....are there ordinances about when construction can start on weekdays? a little concerned that we are going to get woken up by saws and hammers in the morning when we are there to relax and catch up on sleep. we would love to support a recovering town, but also need to find an area where we can catch up on rest. FYI - we are looking at a place right on the gulf on the strip northwest of the cape tip (where 30E turns north just after the cape....sorry, not sure what its called!). Wasn't sure if certain areas were more under construction than others (e.g. also looking at Indian Pass area) Thanks in advance for the input!

The roads are extremely well repaired,though Hurricane Barry caused additional erosion and waves were coming over the rocks at the stump hole and some gulf side sea walls were crashing down near the rocks. We had no construction around us before 7:00 a.m. One home (down on Dunes drive) being repaired due to Michael, and a new build receiving the tin room (Ovation).
