Once you are in Beirut center, take any taxi and ask to be driven there. From any point of central Beirut, it's around 20 minutes by taxi. Should not cost more than $10.
Is this place suitable to go in January with a 10 months old baby?

Having read the previous responses, all I can advise you is to chose your day and your transportation.Make it a sunny day not a rainy / ice cold winter day...As it does get really cold on the shore and the wind gets really rough over there. Should you chose to go on a cloudy or rainy day, have your baby well clothed and wrapped around with a warming blanket. As for transportation, you'll have to be dropped of at the door of the restaurant to swerve quickly in with your baby cart and bag. You may also want to call and make a reservation ahead of time to avoid the wait on your feet should it be crowded (which I doubt) but nevertheless. I would definitely suggest you to be seated inside-even if the weather permits to sit outside - as the breezy wind on a sunny day is quite a coool breeze...Should you be seated inside, be it a sunny or winter ice cold rainy day, you may want to check out the in door restaurant for the "Argiulleh" and cigarettes smog...as this is likely to bother your baby even if you choose to sit in the non smoking section. Other than that you may want to inspect quickly before taking your baby over there and making your decision on whether to come back at a later date or not ;-) Food is OK to eat but don't order too much or give in to the waiters suggestions...Keep an eye on your bill ;-) In the end, you get what you expect and inspect in life! Hope this response will help you plan accordingly :-)
