A move to revamp an empty shopping arcade in the heart of the city has taken a step forward after Fiveight submitted its $400 million plus proposal to redevelop Perth’s Carillon City.

It was lit from behind by gas so that the face was always visible; and wound by Mallory's of Bath. The carillon, which plays tunes four times a day also belongs to the city.
