John Flowers joins players Haris Mujezinovic and Charlie Miller in an amended class-action lawsuit against the IU Trustees and current team trainer Tim Garl.
A third former Indiana University basketball player has alleged in a lawsuit that the team doctor sexually abused him and the school did nothing to protect him from a predator.
Flowers has been learning what he can about the Hoosiers after picking up an offer from the IU staff a couple months ago. “I know they have a really good education,” he said about Indiana.
The fresh allegations come from former IU forward John Flowers, who played for the Hoosiers from 1981-82 before transferring to UNLV, and joined Mujezinovic and Miller as a plaintiff in the case.
