KAMPALA - The High Court in Kampala has advised the warring Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) factions to consider exploring arbitration as provided for under Article 28 of the UMSC constitution.

He highlighted UMSC's developmental programs, such as household income-generation initiatives like coffee and tree planting, which he said could empower families economically.
