UMass Amherst has said a student who made a half-court shot to win $10,000 will get his prize after all, even though the insurance company disagreed.

At a half-time contest at a UMass Amherst basketball game, it looked like student Noah Lee won a $10,000 contest.

"It was unfortunate to read a report that skewed in favor of the administration," said University of Massachusetts Amherst professor Kevin Young, who was arrested on May 7.
