MONTEGUT, La. (WVUE) — A 7-year-old boy was killed Thursday (Aug. 22) after being struck by a school bus in Terrebonne Parish. Louisiana State Police identified the victim as Jeremiah Falgout.

Free drinking water will be provided in Montegut for those affected by a Terrebonne Parish water outage.
