Jaswinder Bhalla (born 4 May 1960) is an Indian actor and comedian who works in Punjabi cinema. He started his professional career as a comedian in 1988 with Chhankata 88 and became an actor with film Dulla Bhatti.

In 1988, he started his career as a comedian along with co-performer Bal Mukund Sharma. Bal Mukund Sharma and Jaswinder Bhalla were classmates in Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana. He is famous for his role in Chhankata as a Chacha Chatar Singh.

Jaswinder Bhalla was born on 4 May 1960 in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. He is an actor and writer, known for Carry on Jatta (2012), Rangeelay (2013) and Jatt Boys Putt Jattan De (2013).
