Its seems like your "automatically hide scroll bars" is enabled, you can toggle it off with the method below - Press start - Click on settings" - On the right pane, scroll down to "automatically hide scroll bar in Windows" - Toggle it off. Her advice to "check to see if you can see the scroll bar on the right side of your mailbox." would seem to refer to the VERTICAL scroll bar. It's the HORIZONTAL bar that's missing, and it started with the most recent Windows update.

I would like my taskbar to display open applications as one row of larger icons. My taskbar currently has very small icons and a scroll bar to scroll up and down the icons. Please Help! Best Regards

As you know, you can move the mouse to redisplay them. I recommend that you post feedback to Microsoft using the Help > Feedback facility in Word.

2017年10月5日 · Sometimes scroll bar moves by itself, it goes down and stuck on bottom. It happens in any browser and folder. Format the pc and reinstall OS, but couldn't solve the problem. Ran Antivirus and Defender, but couldn't find any virus. Now I am using only Windows defender, no antivirus, still same problem.
