2023年1月27日 · As with most Ariens machines this thing will throw snow easily 50+ feet in ideal conditions, even heavy wet slushy snow it will chuck out there 30-40 feet pretty easily and it doesn't clog. The capacity coupled with the clearing width and top speed of the machine I can clear my driveway measurably faster than my other machines, its a beast.

2022年10月18日 · The Ariens RapidTrak system is very good on its own but the infinity variable actuator on the Kraken ads more versatility and the ability to adjust on the fly. With autoturn, even at 390 lbs., I can easily do a true zero turn with one arm in wheel mode.

2023年3月14日 · The Kraken has 2 advantages over the Mountaineering Edition. 1st is the lighting like you mentioned. They both have the standard in-dash LED. The Mountaineering has a 6" LED on the bucket while the Kraken has a 21" LED light bar on the bucket. The Kraken's light bar is also controlled by a dash mounted on/off switch.

2023年3月30日 · The Kraken is a beast as well, and i thought the extra 4 inches would be nice to have, but it turned out to be more of a pain, it wouldn’t fit through the easy access gate to the back yard, so I had to go the difficult way, which gets old after snow blowing for a few hours.

2024年12月7日 · The Ariens Rapid track machines are very maneuverable and the ability to use them in wheel mode is a huge advantage over other tracked machines. As noted already, the autosteer isn't really an issue, especially with poly skid shoes. My Ariens Kraken tracks great in all track modes and wheel mode.

2024年11月28日 · I don't have a Kraken, but I have two, a AX369 and a AX420 Ariens EFI's of same era, one of which uses the same 420cc Kraken engine minus a 240W alt and 12V battery and they both love(and ask for) 91'ish octane non-ethanol!
