Welcome to the Berger Foundation Iceplex, the only regulation public ice skating rink in the Coachella Valley. We are open 7 days a week with a robust programming schedule including public skates, learn to skate, learn to play hockey, pick up games, hockey leagues and more.

The 36,000sf Iceplex, located adjacent to Acrisure Arena, features a 250-spectator seat NHL ice rink, four locker rooms, two party room areas, and a mezzanine for skaters and viewers to enjoy concessions while connecting with friends.

The Berger Foundation Iceplex offers hockey at all levels and is available for league play. We have classes for youth and adult hockey players.

The Berger Foundation Iceplex has numerous public skating, lessons, leagues, and more happening every day of the year. View our calendar and schedule for upcoming programs.

Private lessons are permitted for Iceplex staff coaches. All visiting coaches must be approved by Iceplex Hockey Manager 7 days in advance. Players must register online and check-in before going on to the ice.

Come skate where your Coachella Valley Firebirds train! The Berger Foundation Iceplex is located in the same building as Acrisure Arena. Bring your family and friends, get some exercise, learn a new skill or join fellow Firebird fans for public skate sessions daily. The Coachella Valley JR Firebirds hockey program emphasizes the fundamentals of skill development and execution, body conditioning, and a focus on team play and structure. All teams play a seven-month schedule, averaging 30-40 games a season, with tournament play.

Kat is excited to be coaching and hopes she can apply her knowledge and training in the arts to the future generation of athletes here at Berger Foundation Iceplex. She is available for coaching and choreography for both on and off ice training.
