2007年1月29日 · I had the Hygear Trail Pro suspension package installed in my 05 SDI X last fall as I felt the stock stuff just wasn't up to my expectations. Lots of bottoming, fade after only a short time and some pretty serious kick-back on the rollers. I called Ross and talked to him and after about 20 minutes he had me sold on the "Trail Pro" package.

2024年9月22日 · The OEM are $13 each and the Hygear Suspension Spacers are $53 for 2. This is a worthwhile upgrade or stick with OEM? I'm not an aggressive rider, I just want something that will last - sled only has ~900 miles on it. I remember seeing at least one post about the Hygear spacers breaking the torsion springs - not sure if that's old info.

2013年6月27日 · axis are great shocks.I (and others)dealt for them for snow shocks for some time then axis went hygear exclusive a couple years ago. hygear helped axis get fitment and valving for skidoo sleds over time, as I have for zbroz shocks still. hygear does good work, they have a good name in the industry.

2006年1月29日 · Hey Saint Try this you might like the ride,I know I changed the rear suspension mounting points along with another one of my buddys did this to his 05 Mach and he loved the ride and so did I.The front of the rear skid is bolted to high in side the tunnel,so on the inside there is a hole in the inner bracket,just drill it through the tunnel.Its about a inch and a quarter lower …

2016年3月10日 · Hygear speced them to my weight and riding style so they were heavier springs as well. Having had increasingly customized suspensions over the years, I'm continually amazed at the difference a well set up suspension makes in riding enjoyment and high speed control.

Does anyone have the ski-doo spring chart for 2022, or have a recommendation on the correct springs to get (or maybe a spring combined with the Hygear spacers)?

2018年4月1日 · The thing I like about the hygear setup is the adjustment that u can make on the pro series dual springs with the threaded collar. More then likely I am just going to buy dual rate setup from one of those two and do the front revalve next year. I have some other things that needs cash on the sled before a complete suspension revalve and respring.
