Microsoft Aspire is a two-year learning and development journey designed for new full-time employees from undergraduate, graduate, MBA, PhD, or LEAP backgrounds once you’ve started in your role at Microsoft.

Microsoft Aspire Experience is an onboarding experience, designed to equip, develop, and empower those who join Microsoft after graduating from undergraduate school and MBA programs. We are looking for student leaders with a passion for making a difference and sharing technology with their peers.

The Aspire Programme is designed for our newest university hires, to help them find out what they can do! Aspire graduates will benefit from a customised learning experience which accelerates your professional development and helps you build a long-term career at Microsoft.
