However, here comes the issue: When I send the email and the receiving person views the email in Outlook, also in Dark Mode, there is a white square background around my beautiful logo!

This usually happens when you are using a picture other than 96dpi. When inserting a picture, Outlook will rescale the image as if it was a 96dpi image.

2024年5月30日 · One was directly into outlook in the settings > mail > compose and reply. Then I tried creating in GoDaddy, copying the clipboard and pasting that into the compose and reply. That solved a different issue I was having but not the issue of the company logo coming through as an attachment and not showing in the email signature.

2011年3月1日 · When I insert an image into an Outlook signature, such as a logo and text saved in an image file, it's blurry. I've tried png, bmp and jpg. The jpg is 150 x 41 pixels, 72 pixels/inch and 18.0k. It looks the same in the signature edit pane and in the email. Thanks.
