Sabrina Cervantes (born October 24, 1987) is an American politician who has served a member of the California State Senate since 2024, representing the 31st district.

Elected in November 2024 to represent California’s 31st Senate District, Senator Sabrina Cervantes is the immediate past Chair of the California Latino Legislative Caucus, and is the only representative from the Inland Empire to hold this role in the Caucus’ history.
