The TWINMASTER™ two flute deep hole drill is a technologically superior, solid carbide tipped, tubular construction drill manufactured to any diameter from .20" (5 mm) to 1.00" (25.4 mm), with overall lengths to 36" (915 mm).

Consult Sterling Gun Drills to verify application requirements. High SFM will cause vibration and/or harmonics with long gun drills. Reduce RPM or ensure adequate supports are in place or use an intermediate length gun drill.

Our solid carbide flute gun drills are manufactured to international standards with inch and metric drivers, 30° x 20° or 40° x 30° "facet" nose grind, and a "D" or "teardrop" coolant hole where applicable to the diameter.
