"Neagent stands for the Network Extension Agent and it facilitates the connection from your Mac to our VPN servers. Before you can connect, the neagent must receive VPN authentication data stored in your Mac’s Keychain password management system.

2018年5月3日 · When starting the VPN, a popup window appears that is non-closable, non-movable and stays in the forefront of the screen. The only way to get rid of it is to quit Norton VPN. I did a Norton VPN support chat and allowed the support person to do a "LOG ME IN RESCUE". He finally did a remove of the Norton VPN app and all associated system files.

Iphone X will forcibly prompt for a VPN password when using a VPN service. The VPN on the phone wanted to use the TunnelBear connection to form a VPN tunnel on the wifi network that was nearby.

2013年6月29日 · I have vpn set up at vpn.whitefamilyserver.com, and a user made for services only. I log in both with PPTP and L2TP. On L2TP it fails to connect unless I'm on the wifi of the VPN, and on PPTP it either gets disconnected, but most of the time it says Authentication failed, even though I'm 100% sure both the username and password is correct.

On Monterey, I am still able to authenticate with the VPN server, and it shows that I am connected. However, when I try to access or even ping a resource that should be available via the VPN, it fails (Request timeout for a ping).
