I am free from the law of sin and death . I am far from oppression, and will not live in fear (Isaiah 54:14). I am born of God, and the evil one does not touch me (1 John 5:18). I am holy and without blame before Him in love (Ephesians 1:4; 1 Peter 1:16). I have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16; Philippians 2:5).

Declare what God’s Word says about you. For example, say to yourself: I am the righteousness of God in Christ. I am made acceptable in the Beloved. God loves me, and He formed me with His own hand...and God doesn’t make mistakes! Avoid comparing yourself with other women. God must love variety, or all of us wouldn’t look so different.

As you read through these words of encouragement and biblical truths, I pray that you will take time to renew your mind. As you read each page, determine to set aside any negative, ungodly thoughts.

Leviticus 19:28 says You shall not make any cuts on your body [in mourning] for the dead, nor make any tattoo marks on yourselves; I am the Lord. In other scriptures, God punished the Israelites for wearing earrings because they were doing it at a feast to the idol, Baal.

2024年11月6日 · Tell yourself, “Getting upset will not make this go any faster, so I might as well find a way to enjoy the wait.” Then perhaps say, “I am developing patience as I wait, so I am thankful for this situation.” When you speak in such ways, you are acting on the Word of God rather than reacting with impatience to an unpleasant circumstance.

2025年1月20日 · Decide today—with God’s help—that you’ll face fear head-on, overcome it, and do everything you can to live the life He has planned for you, free from fear. Prayer of the Day: Lord, when I feel fear, help me choose not to let it dictate my decisions or stop me from living the good life You want me to live.

Verses 25 & 26 say, But about midnight, as Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the [other] prisoners were listening to them, suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the very foundations of the prison were shaken; and at once all the doors were opened and everyone's shackles were unfastened.

Please, God, forgive me. Oh God, You’ve got to forgive me! Please, God…I promise not to do it again.” Hebrews 11:6 says that faith pleases God, and if we believe He exists and seek Him, He will reward us. We don’t have to beg and plead with Him to help us. God is a good God! He loves you and wants what is best for you. Spend time with God.

Where we see failure, God sees potential for something new. The minute we stumble and come apart, God is already planning our comeback. When we mess up “Plan A,” we don’t have to worry—God has a “Plan B”! I love Isaiah 43:19. I want you to take a moment and really let these words sink in. God says, Behold, I am doing a new thing ...

Proverbs 4:23 says, Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life (NLT). Notice that it doesn't say somebody else will guard your heart. It doesn't say God will guard your heart, your neighbor will guard your heart or your pastor will guard your heart. It says you need to guard your heart.
