2023年9月6日 · Yeah, it's only excessive kyphosis that is an issue. If you have a slight curve then that's normal. If you're able to raise your arms above your head just fine, then there is likely nothing to worry about. That means that your kyphosis is reducing enough as it should normally. Look up studies on shoulder range of motion and posture.
