2023年6月16日 · First thing - steering works the opposite way. On a regular motorcycle (at speed) you push on the left bar to lean and turn left. In a sidecar rig you turn the bars to the left (push on the right bar) to steer the front wheel left and turn left, because the sidecar rig doesn’t lean.

2022年4月25日 · Eventually, I got to a point where I could ride on open roads and then I took my MSF course. The Grom they gave me legitimately felt like a bicycle. The first time I rode my own motorcycle on an open road, with no destination or exercises, was awesome. Never felt afraid or intimidated. Hopefully won't feel anything negative while riding ever.

2023年6月16日 · I live in Japan. I ride my motorcycle every day as I do not own a car. It rains. Alot. Sometimes it even snows which is a whole 'nother monster. Yes, you can ride in the rain. You are responsible for taking the extra steps necessary to protect yourself. Personally, I always wear a full rain suit and rain boots as well as waterproof gloves.

We did about 1,000 miles over 3 days on naked sport bikes, trying to average around 200-300 miles a day and each day was a full days ride. MAKE SURE YOU HIT THE TUNNEL OF TREES!!! Literally one of the best roads in the US to ride. Absolutely beautiful and right alone Lake Michigan. It’s a single lane road that twists and turns like a snake.
What's your average mileage per ride? Per season/year?
Average ride is probably around 100km, but they range from 10-20 km for basic transport, 50-100 for joyriding and up to 500 km for vacation trips and similar. Riding season lasts from april to october but even during the winter there are some sunny, dry days that are fine for riding.
