Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta and Gogeta always looked a little weird to me, as have the other designs for characters like Broly and Bardock in SDBH. That being said, I LOVED Goku in that form with the altered voice and personality and all the small bizarre moments/abilities we see from it.

Broly is a character from the movies, in which there is no hint that he or anyone else can become a Super Saiyan 4, and SS4 is from GT and there was no mention of Broly in GT.
