When viewing from the FireStick, no more frozen picture, which tells me that the wifi is not the cause of the frozen picture, the issue must be in the xi box. I was able to connect the xi6 box to the main box via ethernet cable, now no more frozen picture. Also, wifi download speeds are up all over the house.
