2023年3月30日 · I did contact ASUS support about this and provided them with the serial number that failed for registration. They replied with a different serial-number and basically said "use this serial-number for product registration instead", and it worked. Seems like asus have made a change to how their product database work.

2023年3月27日 · Same. Mine says "SN is already registered" but its a brand new laptop. Contacted ASUS support and he said needs to escalate the issue. As per support, the S/N is not registered to any email, however, when I try to register it, it says otherwise. So, weird. He said I will get an update through email, but so far, received nothing.

2023年1月29日 · Second this. Was having the same issue using chrome. Switched to using edge and the ASUS registration site worked as expected auto populating the product details as soon as I put in a proper S/N and the submit button became usable.

So on 20/05/2024 i bought an asus rog strix g15 and when i tried to register the product it says "product already registered" but the fact is that i havent done it before and i tried will all my accounts but it shows the same product, moreover there in the myasus app it shows that the pro6has been registered already on 7/5/2024 so i jjst want ...

2023年4月9日 · I was trying to register my new motherboard with Asus, but they require a "check number" in addition to a serial number. I found the serial number easily enough on the outside of the box, but the check number is just a bar code.
