2019年10月16日 · CPU CCD1 (Tdie) shows a temperature very close to what Ryzen Master Shows and is the actual temperature of the CPU. CPU (Tctl/Tdie) is the temperature shown in CPU CCD1 (Tdie) + an offset (which is set by AMD). I find it hard to fathom that the system temperature would be five degrees higher than the CPU temperature. I would expect it to be the other way around. In fact, I'm worried now that the motherboard's temperature sensors are either broken, or unreliable.

2020年5月21日 · My cpu has lately been at around 90-95 degrees Celsius and i don’t know how to fix this. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 cpu and a NZXT kraken cooler. My friend says to reapply thermal paste but I don’t think that it will bring it back down to what it was before. It is a year old and even when idle it’s at the same temperature.
