2009年11月18日 · Here is what I found out so far. The part number I listed is a Dana part number for a Dana part. There is only one number for a no-spin unit and has no ratio range. The cross shaft and gears for any s135 or s150 open diff are the same number. The Detroit locker has a ratio range of 4.63-5.38.

2010年1月14日 · The 550 rear axle is Dana 135. 350 dually dana 80. whole different animal. square axle housing,drop out center,14-15 in rotors,axle bearings are twice as big. really heavy the socket previously mentioned is not anything close to what you need. 2017年1月23日 · The Dodge Dana 80 was available with 3.54 and 4.10, which are both close enough. Dana 135 axles CAN be equipped with 3.54 or 4.10 gears, however most of them were equipped with 4.88:1 gears. Swapping to 4.10s requires a different differential case ($$$) and different gears ($$$$), as Dana 135 parts are not cheap.

2010年1月14日 · the tool shown is not for the dana 135,and the specs listed above are not either. If you need the special tool,there is a different torque procedure for that. If it is indeed a 135,you do not need a special tool,and the link to dana above would be correct. (then again I too much)

2010年7月23日 · It is a dana 135 I checked the tag and code. It is a 135. The link to the dana manuals was a big help. The Ford manual calls for .006-.012 inches of backlash. It looks very similar to a 9 inch as far as the ring gear shims go. I hope that I do not have to shim the ring gear. I am surprised that it even needs it with only 62,000 miles on the ...
